The BID office is a division of SG Company, created to support the various group companies in participating in public and private tenders. We work closely with agencies to identify the best opportunities, ensure document compliance, and facilitate access to the most relevant tenders.
We are looking for an organized and motivated junior figure who wants to grow in the world of tender management.
Duties:
Monitoring and analysis of tender opportunities:
- Active research and monitoring of public and private tenders, at national and European level.
- Analysis of tender procedures, including preliminary market consultations, negotiated procedures, open, restricted and European tenders.
Management of tender documentation:
- Analysis and verification of requirements and conditions for participation.
- Preparation, control and organization of administrative documentation, including:
DGUE (Single European Tender Document).
Administrative certifications (e.g. DURC, Criminal Records, ISO Quality Certificates).
Economic and technical capacity documentation.
Supplementary declarations required by specific procedures (e.g., self-certifications, notary powers of attorney).
- Coordination with internal teams for the collection of technical and creative documentation.
Procurement portal management:
- Registration and management of company profiles on tender platforms (e.g., MEPA, Sintel, Consip, AgID).
- Entering, uploading and updating documentation on platforms.
- Monitoring of tender notifications and outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, economics, management or related disciplines.
Technical knowledge:
- Familiarity with the Public Contracts Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) and related regulations.
- Knowledge of ANAC procedures and Consip and AgID guidelines.
- Mastery of the main procurement platforms (e.g. MEPA, Sintel, Consip).
- Knowledge of European tendering procedures (e.g. TED and SIMAP).
Digital skills:
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package (in particular Excel, Word).
- Experience in using document management tools and project management platforms.
Experience:
At least 1-2 years in a similar role or in structured contexts related to tendering, procurement or administration.
