JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER - FORMAT DIVISION

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to be placed on an apprenticeship contract in the FORMAT division of SG Company to help in the management, promotion and marketing of the company's proprietary formats - special events, fairs and exhibitions.

The activities you will be involved in are as follows:
- Plan, execute and finalize the work of managing the assigned project(s) in accordance with the agreed deadlines.
- Organize the entire project work and related tasks, making sure that everything works as scheduled and that each company department does what it is scheduled to do;
- Plan projects in detail.
- Handle any issues and emergencies that arise during project development.
- Attend periodic meetings to check alignment with forecasts made regarding project progress with the division manager and project team.
- Manage the project budget.
- Draft job closure reports in order to capitalize and disseminate internally the results, solutions and anything else needed to increase effectiveness and efficiency in experiences.
- Be familiar with company goals, procedures and policies.
- Attend mandatory company courses (e.g., Workplace Safety, Iso, Anti-Corruption, Smartworking...) and company medical examinations.


Requirements
- Microsoft package , creative and design skills, marketing and communication skills, and project management skills.
- Communication skills, teamwork, problem solving.
- Bachelor's degree in communications or previous experience in the field.
‍Experiencerequired: at least 1 year.
‍Languagesrequired: English.

JUNIOR CONTROLLER

For the Management Control team, we are looking for a Junior resource, to be placed on an apprenticeship contract, who will grow professionally by progressively supporting the team in the following activities:
‍Support in the close monitoring of financial data related to projects, including costs, revenues, and profit margins, with the goal of making informed and strategic business decisions;
Support in preparing accurate and comprehensive periodic reports on the financial status of projects, presenting key data and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, providing a clear and concise view of financial performance;
Supporting finance management in analyzing merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities that could lead to company growth and improvement;
Supporting the administration, sales and project management teams.
Support in the development of business plan, economic and treasury budgets;
Support in monitoring financial KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating evaluation of project performance.
Collaboration with external consultants in developing and maintaining the company's ERP systems, ensuring efficiency and integrity in financial processes.
Support administration in the preparation of annual and semi-annual financial statements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics.
Good knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Office package tools.
Aptitude for problem solving and ability to work in a team.
Previous internship experience in financial-accounting will be considered a plus.
