For the Management Control team, we are looking for a junior resource, to be placed on internship, who will grow professionally while progressively supporting the team.
Main activities
- Support in closely monitoring financial data related to projects, including costs, revenues and profit margins, with the objective of making informed and strategic business decisions;
- Support in preparing accurate and comprehensive periodic reports on the financial status of projects, presenting key data and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, providing a clear and concise view of financial performance;
- Support financial management in analyzing merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities that could lead to growth and improvement of the company;
- Supporting the administration, sales and project management teams;
- Support in developing business plan, economic and treasury budgets;
- Support in monitoring financial KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating the evaluation of project performance;
- Collaboration with external consultants in developing and maintaining the company's ERP systems, ensuring efficiency and integrity in financial processes;
- Support administration in preparing annual and semi-annual financial statements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics.
- Good knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Office package tools.
- Aptitude for problem solving and ability to work in a team.
- Previous experience in curricular internship in financial-accounting will be considered a plus.
Working location: Milan.
Working hours: Full time - Monday through Friday.
