JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a young accounting figure with up to 3 years' experience in administration.The resource will be placed in a complex and structured environment and will work closely with colleagues, reporting directly to the administrative manager.

Activities and duties
- Data collection and assisting in the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements with the dedicated team.
- Assisting in internal and external audit activities.
- Management of electronic and paper files and archives, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and in order.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration or diploma from a technical business school (accounting or similar institution).
- Preferred: maximum 2 years of experience in firms/companies specializing in tax consulting and auditing.
- Knowledge of Italian accounting principles and statutory financial statements; knowledge of consolidated financial statements will be a plus.
- Knowledge of excel

JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for a new talent with a Junior profile for the Business Development division.
If you are self-motivated and results-oriented and enjoy working in a team environment and decide to share your energy with us, you will be placed in the Business Development team, in a solid, dynamic and fast-moving business environment, where you will give support to the Business Development team for the activities of analysis, research and contact on high-profile prospects.

Activities and duties
You will support the team:
- in the generation of leads through calls and emails.
- in the analysis of the market to identify the sectors on which to go for "cold" development.
- in "packaging" the most interesting email text according to the contact person to be contacted.
- in using platforms to search for contacts to be included in databases for sending emails.
- in sending emails on "cold contacts".
- in structuring databases and analyzing data related to business development activities.
- in managing data for reporting and monitoring of benchmark KPIs for the team and for possible presentations to the CEO.
- in reporting on meetings to which you will be invited.

Requirements
Hard Skills:
- Master's degree in business/science (preferably communication/marketing).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (especially Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
- Knowledge and use of digital communication and social media tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube).
- Knowledge and use of basic digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
- Skill in critically collecting and interpreting data and numbers (advanced Excel).
- Previous experience, even brief, in the marketing/business development or project management area of companies and/or communication agencies.
Soft Skills:
- Accuracy, punctuality, determination.

- Excellent communication skills and empathy.

We are looking for a passionate, energetic and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join the format team and follow the management, promotion and marketing of the company's proprietary formats (special events, trade shows and events).
The resource will be responsible for planning and developing events aimed at strengthening brand visibility, attracting new partners and clients, and fostering the growth of our network.
As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for selling unique and customized event formats to corporate clients and beyond. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and various group companies to ensure the success of business strategies and the achievement of company goals.

Requirements
- Establishedexperience (5+ years) in a sales role, preferably in the events, marketing or advertising industry.
- Market knowledge: familiarity with event industry trends and ability to identify market opportunities.
- Organizational skills: of time management, attention to detail and ability to work on multiple complex events.
- Commercial aptitude: strong sales goal orientation and ability to use events as leverage to acquire new clients and partners.
- Creativity and problem solving: ability to think outside the box and promptly solve any problems during the organization and implementation of the event.
- Communication: excellent communication skills, ability to relate to different interlocutors and create engaging content.
- Autonomy and teamwork: ability to work independently but also to collaborate effectively with the internal team and external partners.
- Digital tools: knowledge of the main platforms.
- Languages: very good knowledge of Italian and good command of English.
