SG Company & Up2You

SG Company Società Benefit S.p.A., in line with the ESG path undertaken in 2020, has activated a partnership with Up2You S.r.l. Benefit Company, a greentech and B Corp startup that enables companies to reduce their environmental impact by offsetting CO₂ emissions through solutions certified according to international standards.

Innovation Technology

KIT - Keep In Touch is the platform for organizing events and conferences. Fully responsive, it works on all devices and integrates with major streaming systems. KIT offers a dynamic DB structure to customize data collection and the ability to upload subscriber lists from Excel or CSV.
Available in the cloud as a web-based solution and fully customizable, KIT can be used with direct support or as a SAAS. It facilitates autonomous management of communications, making every event a success.

CERTIFICATIONS

ISO 9001:2015

‍Sinergie S.r.l., SG Advisory S.r.l. and FMA S.r.l. have achieved ISO 9001 quality certification, demonstrating their ability to look beyond corporate boundaries and possess leadership capable of ensuring the sustainable future of their organization. This achievement certifies the commitment to providing services of excellence among all the different cores and operating divisions. ISO 9001 has therefore ascertained and certified that the processes and services provided by the companies represent an effective - and consistently measurable - systemic model for quality management

ISO 37001:2016

Sinergie S.r.l. has implemented ISO 37001 certification, an international standard for management system for the prevention of corruption. This System provides for anti-corruption management oriented to continuous improvement and is recognized internationally as "Best Practice" to support proof of the effectiveness of the Organization Model for the prevention of corruption offenses Legislative Decree 231.

ISO:20121

Louder S.r.l. and Sinergie S.r.l. have obtained ISO:20121 certification, which guarantees accessibility, inclusiveness, integrity and transparency of events and live tours. In practice, the certification translates into reducing environmental loads at all stages of the event, enhancing ethical-social spin-offs, from the selection of suppliers based on environmental quality criteria, to the preference of venues and accommodations that follow good management practices in the area of sustainability, to the reuse of fittings furniture and materials used during events. Ethical behavior necessarily implies a sense of solidarity, the perception of a community, a territory, a shared destiny, and is aimed at the common search for a common future.

231 Organizational Model

SG Company Società Benefit S.p.A. has deemed it in accordance with its corporate policies to adopt and implement within its business organization an organization, management and control model in line with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, in order to ensure conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and business activities, in safeguarding the position and image it enjoys in the market, as well as the expectations of its shareholders and the work of its employees.

Our commitment to making these values a reality has resulted in the path to Certification on Gender Equality, pursuant to UNI PdR 125/2022, undertaken by Sinergie and SG Company since the adoption of the Gender Equality Policy.

One example is our involvement in OBECITY: a project aimed at raising awareness of the serious risks and problems generated by obesity and overweight, a condition that affects millions of citizens worldwide, especially school children.

Established in 2019, Obecity generates knowledge, disseminates information, offers free consultations and is assisted by a Scientific Committee that includes leading scientists and luminaries on the subject of Obesity.

Environment, Social, Governance

SG Company started the ESG journey in collaboration with V-Finance S.r.l., a company specializing inESG Advisory to judge the sustainability of our investments and to ensure the sustainable management of the Group, which is increasingly focused on forging a lasting relationship with all stakeholders: starting from customers, to employees and collaborators, in harmony with the interests of shareholders.

Benefit Company

The concrete application of Business-integrated Sustainability criteria-applied to business communication services-has led to a significant change in our management and direction: in fact, in 2021 we implemented the change of market segment (from Industries to Technology) at the Italian Stock Exchange and, in line with the ESG path undertaken, the Group became SG Company Società Benefit S.p.A.

Code of Ethics

Included in our code of ethics are Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
As such, we are committed to:

Minimizing risks to the health and safety of workers in the performance of their work activities by continuously improving the quality of work environments, efficiency and achievement of objectives, with particular reference to environmental aspects

Promote the culture and responsibility of employees at all levels toward occupational health, safety and the environment including through training, information and involvement of all staff in identifying improvement actions.
