Following the awarding of the tender, we organized and managed all stages of the opening and closing ceremony of the 16th EYOF Friuli Venezia Giulia 2023 - Winter Edition, European Youth Olympic Festival.

The Sinergie team, working with more than 90 people followed:

- Complete management and direction of the event
- Organized the Olympic ceremonial for the parade of national teams
- Set up the stage and Piazza Unità d'Italia (Trieste)
- Supervised the logistical aspects of the participants
- Prepared the event and the multimedia show (video-mapping)
- Managed and controlled unforeseen events (adverse weather conditions
