Synergies organized a large event for ITAS Mutua to close the 200th anniversary celebration, in attendance, entirely dedicated to employees, agents and their families. 1,200 participants including adults and children.

For the occasion, Sinergie conceived and built theITAS Village, an area of about 13,500 square meters set up in the Park within Trento's Le Albere neighborhood, a district designed by the archistar Renzo Piano where ITAS Mutua has its headquarters and where the ITAS Forum, the Company's conference center, was also recently inaugurated, and during the event it hosted a moment of meeting between the agents and the Management.

Partners of the event, many realities that share with ITAS values and a deeply felt belonging to the territory: the MUSE, Aquila Basket and Trentino Volleyball.

Setting up the village was a 5-day operation that required the employment of about 40 resources including technicians and staff. The space included the presence of various facilities and points of interest dedicated to sports or educational (in fact, each partner had its own area and related activities), circus-themed play areas for children, and, for the very young, ITAS opened the doors of its corporate nursery. Also very successful was the Campari corner, a Milanese brand strongly linked to the Trentino artist Fortunato Depero, who curated successful advertising campaigns and designed the iconic Campari Soda bottle (a pleasant discovery for many guests!).

The centerpiece of the Village, a large 10×12 stage equipped with a central 12×5 big screen and two 6×4 side screens. From the stage, Bryan "Box" Ronzani, voice of Radio 105, conducted the day, recalled the appointments and managed the live connections with the correspondent inside the park. The stage featured institutional moments and moments of entertainment culminating in a concert by one of the most interesting and eclectic artists on the Italian music scene. For catering, 10 different food trucks were used, some with local specialties, and activated for the entire day 4 drink bikes for water distribution.
